Safe Community Experiences:

Lu Pai began to participate ISC activitives in 1995. In 2002 she initiated SC program in 4 different featured communities in Taiwan and helped them to join the international SC network in 2005. Since then, she became the key person in promoting SC movement in Taiwan and helped 15 more communities being designated as ISC so far. Her work in SC movement includes supporting communities with her expertise, conducting training courses, providing injury surveillance system, hosting national and Regional Conferences on SC, hosting traveling seminar, participating in regional and international conferences, serving as a site visitor and certifier/co-certifier in Asia.
