• !  Introduced Safe Community Concept to Korea and Asian Region since 1998

• !  Organized the 1st Asian Conference on Safe Community in Suwon, Korea in 2002

• !  Organized the 19th International conference on Safe Communities in Suwon, Korea in 2010

• !  Established Center for Community Safety Promotion at Ajou University School of Medicine

  And Public Health in Suwon, Korea in 2004, which is appointed an Affiliate Support Center
