International Safe Community Movement again nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize 2017

 

Already 2014 Professor Leif Svanström, Chair of International Safe Community Movement was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by the Faculty of Sports and Tourism, University EDUCONS, Novi Sad, Serbia and National Center for Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion, Novi Sad, Serbia.

 

Now, in 2017, Professor Mirjana Milankov, the founder and Director of National Center for Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion, Novi Sad, Serbia and the professor Zlatko Ahmetovic, Dean of the Faculty of Sports and Tourism, University EDUCONS, Novi Sad, Serbia proposed the Norwegian Nobel Committee to nominate professor Emeritus Leif Svanström MD; PhD from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm for the Nobel Peace Prize 2017.

This is of course an immense honor for the International Safe Community Movement to be recognized and for its Chair and Leader Leif Svanström especially.
